The mark and the name.
The mark stands 1.4 times the height of the R and sits 1.6 word spaces from it, wider than the gap between Rad and Soft, so it never reads as a letter. Keep one cap height clear on every side.
Don’t stretch, rotate or outline it.
Don’t recolor it outside the five colorways.
Don’t move the mark closer to the name.
Don’t retype the name in another font.
Color
Ink, Sage and Paper.
Ink carries the words and the dark surfaces, Paper is the canvas, and Sage is the accent, never the main event. Click any color to copy it.
One green.
Sage, Fern and Ink aren’t three colors, they’re steps of one scale. Any green we use is a step of it, so every green on a page belongs together.
Neutrals.
Grey with a trace of the green, from white through Paper and Mist to Night. Text, surfaces and lines come from here.
Sage’s siblings.
Sky, Clay and Straw sit at Sage’s lightness and softness, each with a dark at Ink’s depth, so they pair the way Sage and Ink do. They tell products, tags and chart series apart and are never the brand color. Red is kept for errors.

Colors by job.
Product UI names the job, never the step, so light and dark change in one place. These are the names shadcn/ui uses, plus link, success, warning and info.
Charts.
Ink leads, then the green and its siblings: mid steps on Paper, pastels on Night. Past five series, group the rest as Other in a neutral.
Typeface
Kerf.
Our own grotesk, built from Zalando Sans and tuned for Rad Soft. One variable file covers every weight from 300 to 900. It’s free under the SIL Open Font License, on the web, in apps and in print.
